What should I wear to the massage?

That is up to you and what you are comfortable with. The only thing we require is that you keep your underwear on. We usually work on bare skin using oils/ creams which helps us to get a good idea of what is going on with the tissues. If you would be more comfortable for us to work though loose clothing we can adapt the treatment to your needs. At all times during the session you will be covered with towels and blankets and only the area being massaged will be uncovered. In some sports massage and massage around the hips and pelvis it can also be useful to bring a pair of sports shorts/ bike shorts.

Do you have Hiccaps?

Yes we do! We have a Hiccaps machine on site so bring along your private health card and in most cases deductions can be made on the day. A few of the health funds will require you to apply for rebates manually. Call your health fund to check this and your level of cover.

Where is the clinic located?

We have two locations. The first is at 84 Wheatley Drive, Bull Creek 6149. We are located inside the Parry Avenue Chiropractic Clinic on the corner of Parry Avenue and Wheatley Drive, across the road from the BP petrol station. The second is inside Kelmscott Chiropractic at 6 Page Road. This is behind the Stargate Shopping Centre, off Albany Highway.

Is there parking on site?

Yes we have plenty of parking. At Bull Creek the smaller car park is off Wheatley Drive and the larger car park (only open when the chiropractic patients are there) can be accessed from Parry Avenue. At Kelmscott there is parking in the shopping centre car parks just across the road. Access parking can be found right by the front door to the clinic.

How often should I have a massage?

This depends on a number of factors including what goals you would like to achieve from your massage, whether you are receiving treatment from other health professionals, lifestyle factors and whether the pain is choric or acute. Usually for more acute pain we would recommend a few sessions in a row (within 7 days of each other if possible) while for others fortnightly or monthly may be more appropriate.

What is you cancellation policy?

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and appointments have to be cancelled. Out of fairness to our therapists and other clients we request at least 24hrs notice. No shows or cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

We do! These can be purchased from the clinic or you can purchase these online and they will be instantly emailed to you.
